The Contribution of the Environmental Management System to Outstanding Performance through External Stakeholders

Abstract

This study aimed to clarify the extent of the positive relationship between the environmental management system and external stakeholders, who represent an important aspect of the outstanding performance, as many institutions are ignorant of the benefits of this system in this aspect.

One of the most important results of this research is that this system contributes in achieving the satisfaction of these parties and supports the benefit from them. Indeed, there are seven parties: associative movements, suppliers, government, media, consumers, community members, financial institutions.
