Abstract

This paper aims to establish a foundational understanding of enterprise internationalization by exploring various theories such as behavioral theory, the resources and competencies the eclectic (oli) paradigm of international, network theory, and international new venture theory. The goal is to create a theoretical framework for studying internationalization patterns, especially distinguishing between small and medium-sized enterprises and biger entrprise.

Additionally, the paper seeks to interpret the internationalization of emerging entrprise as part of institutional evolution, potentially starting their internationalization process from inception rather than following a linear pattern like traditional entrprise.
