Challenges of Conducting Surveys in Algeria: Between Legal Theory and Practical Application Implementation
Main Article Content
Abstract
The delay in the general land survey process in Algeria can be attributed to several obstacles, most notably the issues related to the legal system itself. This system has not achieved sufficient stability due to flaws inherited from the personal registration regime. On another note, the delay could also stem from legal complications related to the technical aspects of the survey process. Thus, this paper aims to identify the main legal challenges impeding the general land survey and to highlight the most effective solutions adopted in this area.
