Abstract

This study aims to examine the effective role of Saudi diplomacy in trying to achieve peace between the Palestinians and the Israelis in particular , and between them and the Arabs in general . We will discuss the efforts made by the kings of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since the era of the unified King Abdulaziz Al Saud until the era of King Abdulaziz Al Saud . Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, through studying the initiatives and positions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards the Palestinian issue and the extent of the great success of Saudi diplomacy in supporting the Palestinian issue effectively and significantly at all times and occasions and before international organizations. The study also showed Saudi efforts through diplomatic and political work, as well. On the economic level and the extent of the great economic support for the Palestinian cause, as well as on the military level, as well as on the humanitarian and relief level.


  Then the study reached a set of results, including: Saudi diplomacy occupied the forefront of Arab diplomacy due to its effectiveness, calm, and moderation, which gained it credibility in Arab, Islamic, and international forums. Saudi diplomacy also made great efforts in serving Arab issues in regional and international forums. It was also among the most prominent The features of Saudi foreign policy are the call for world peace He rejected the principle of resorting to force to resolve political disputes, especially in the Arab world and the Islamic world. Saudi policy towards the Palestinian issue and the Arab-Israeli conflict in general focused on the political and diplomatic nature in Arab, Islamic and international forums, while working on economic, relief and even military support for the Palestinians and the countries of confrontation , and as recommended. The study reached other results and made some recommendations .
