Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the role of social responsibility in developing the performance of the economic institution from the perspective of the balanced scorecard, by studying the case of the natural gas dilution compound in Skikda, where (105 were distributed, of which (90) are valid for study, and the analysis was carried out using the descriptive analytical approach and the statistical package program for the social sciences spss. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant relationship at a significant level of α≤0.05 highlighting the contribution of the dimensions of social responsibility in developing the performance of the compound under study from the perspective of the balanced scorecard.
