Abstract

This study investigates the impact of technological infrastructure and user acceptance on workflow efficiency within the diverse sectors of the Algerian business landscape. Analyzing data from a sample reflecting the Algerian context, the study reveals that while technological infrastructure does not show a statistically significant relationship with workflow efficiency, user acceptance significantly influences the speed, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of work processes. This finding underscores the importance of prioritizing user-centric strategies in technology adoption within the unique Algerian business environment.
