Psychological burnout and its relationship to educational performance among primary school teachers – A field study on a group of primary schools in the state of Tlemcen

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the level of psychological burnout, and the educational performance of primary school teachers in the state of Tlemcen and to search for the nature of the relationship between psychological burnout and educational performance, where we used in our study the descriptive approach and we applied the psychological burnout scales and the educational performance scale on a sample of (70) teachers from a group of primary schools and it was found that there is a statistically significant relationship between psychological burnout and educational performance among teachers and the level of psychological burnout is high while educational performance is low.
