The Reality of Tourism Development in The Algerian Wilaya of Constantine

Abstract

 This paper aims to discuss the reality of tourism development in the Algerian wilaya of Constantine, considering its various touristic potentialities whether: natural, historical, cultural, etc. This led the authorities to direct their attention towards tourism development in the region. Throughout this paper, we attempt to diagnose this reality through the study of tourist traffic in the wilaya as well as the different projects that were programmed by the authorities to develop tourism at present. In the end, we offer a bundle of solutions and suggestions for tourism development in the wilaya.
