Abstract

The current study aims to verify the impact of the leadership style of school principals from the point of view of secondary education teachers on their professional satisfaction and motivation for achievement, and to achieve this the descriptive approach was used, and the study was applied to a sample of (384) teachers of secondary education in the state of Djelfa, and through the application of standards the following results were reached:


- There are differences in the degree of professional satisfaction according to the different leadership style of school principals from the point of view of secondary education teachers in favor of the democratic style.


- There are no differences in the degree of motivation for achievement according to the different leadership style of school principals from the point of view of secondary education teachers in favor of the dictatorial and democratic styles.


- There are no differences in the degree of professional satisfaction according to the variable of the leadership style of school principals from the point of view of secondary education teachers according to their professional status.


- There are no differences in the degree of motivation for achievement according to the variable of the leadership style of school principals from the point of view of secondary education teachers according to their professional status.
